What is a blog anyway? 

The definition of a blog: 

blog

noun

1. a regularly updated website or web page, typically one run by an individual or small group, that is written in an informal or conversational style.

verb

1. add new material to or regularly update a blog.

   "it's about a week since I last blogged"

I often wonder why I'm so drawn to yoga? Is it because it has helped me heal from the inside out like no other therapy has. Is it because it stills my thoughts and I find it the only way to truly get  out of my head? Or is it because that's the one thing that makes me feel truly alive, free and able to do anything I truly put my mind to? It’s the one thing I believe in with my whole heart, other than God, of course. It’s the one thing that works on so many levels, its incredible!
